About The Fritz Lodge
The Fritz Lodge is a privately-owned family residence recently purchased by the Lehane's, who have taken the time to upgrade and beautify the property while keeping the western and family feel to it. There is an attention to detail by owners who have traveled and rented properties in the Winter Park area for over 30 years, which is important to you as you decide which property to rent.
The Fritz Lodge Rental Information
Payment is by personal check or PayPal. Taxes of 8.9% apply. A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due (including all taxes) 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Once the 30-day point is reached, the rental fee is nonrefundable unless we are able to rebook the property for the dates you had reserved. If rebooked, a prorated refund will be calculated for each day we are able to rebook the property, less a $200 cancellation fee. Trip insurance is recommended for unforeseen cancellations.
